best cake ever

chocolate zucchini cake with walnuts and chocolate chips. it was mighty tasty.

-1/2 cup butter
-1/2 cup oil
-1 cup sour milk (add 1 Tbsp lemon juice to 1 cup milk) or 1 cup buttermilk
-1 3/4 cups sugar
-2 large eggs
-1 tsp vanilla
-2 1/2 cups flour
-4 Tbsp cocoa
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp each of cloves, cinnamon & salt
-2 cups zucchini, grated
-12 oz chocolate chips
-1-2 cups walnuts or pecans

1. preheat oven to 350F
2. cream butter, oil and sugar until smooth
3. add eggs, vanilla & sour milk, beat until well mixed
4. mix dry ingredients together, slowly add to wet mixture, mixing until well incorporated
5. fold in zucchini
6. pour batter into a 13x9 pan, and sprinkle top w/ nuts and chocolate chips
7. bake for 45 min to 1 hour, until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean
8. enjoy with a big glass of milk
