I wanted to finish quickly and not go to the store, so I used an old frozen crust and a relatively old can of pumpkin. The crust was dried out from being in the freezer and very difficult to shape, hence the crumbly edges. It tasted fine.

It is said that this is my grandma's recipe, but she probably got it off the back of the Libby's can, I have no idea.

Pumpkin Pie

2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1 14oz can of pumpkin

1&1/4 cups sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger (I add a bit more)
pinch of salt

Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly
Mix the wet ingredients thoroughly

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix
Pour into crust

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes
Reduce temp to 375 and bake for about an hour (until it looks done)
