Ingredients (for two people)
- 2 bunches of udon noodle
- 1/4 Japanese raddish
- 5 cm of green onion
- Small piece of ginger
- White sesame
- Udon soup (soy sauce, sweet sake, seaweed and bonito broth)


Directions
1. Peal a radish and grate it. Then, drain excess liquid from the grated radish.
2. Peal a ginger and grate it.
3. Slice the green onion.
4. Crush sesame.
5. Boil noodle for 13 - 15 minutes. Then, wash the noodle with cold water.
6. Put the noodle in a bowl.
7. Arrange the grated radish, green onion, ginger on the noodle.
8. Put the crushed sesame on the top.
9. Put the udon soup into the bowl.
