Stir-fried carrot and Japanese radish with miso paste

Ingredients (for two people):
- 1/4 Japanese radish
- a carrot
- a fish sausage (Chiku-wa)
- 100g of sliced pork
- sesame
- sesame oil
- miso paste
- Japanese sweet sake (Mirin)
- Sugar
Directions:
1. Cut the radish and carrot into rectangles.
2. Cut the sliced pork into bite-size.
3. Slice the fish sausage into rounds.
4. Saute the radish and carrot with sesame oil until they become wilted.
5. Fry the pork in the other pan.
6. Put the pork and the fish sausage into the pan in which the radish and carrot are sauteed.
7. Put 1.5 tablespoons of miso paste, 1.5 tablespoons of sweet sake, and 2 teespoons of sugar into the pan.
8. Mix and fry them all. Adjust seasonings.
9. Transfer them to a dish. Put sesame on top.
