The Girl's Recipe:

Tomato Sauce
Add herbs and pepper to the tomato sauce. That's it. Ready-made tomato sauce.

Salmon
Put it in foil with spices, limes, sea salt and pepper. Then put it in the oven, at 200 degrees for maybe fifteen minutes with the skin-side underneath.

Goats Cheese & Nettle Ravioli
First you need the pasta. Three eggs, water, tablespoon of oil, flour. I just mix it in to a thick dough and then put it in the fridge for half an hour. Then I take it out, make round shaped little 'pan-cakes'.

You can do this with nettles or spinach. With the nettles, I needed to boil it quickly in the water. Then I mixed it with goats' cheese. I probably could of put some pepper and spices with it.

I mixed the goats' cheese and nettles to a paste with a fork, then put one tablespoon of this mix in the middle of each pasta pancake (the ravioli). Then close the pan-cakes and press the fork around it (to get the little ravioli pattern). Then do these in boiling salt water for 3 minutes.

Put everything together like the picture. Add some grated cheese.

That's it. Done.

The Girl adds, instead of goats' cheese, you could use ricotta. Olly would like it noted that this was crazy tasty.
