:: Tofu with polenta

:: Ingredients
Polenta
5 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
Tofu mixture
400 gr firm tofu (i used tofu with seaweed)
1/4 cup hiziki seaweed
1 cup lentils
1 can diced tomato
1 onion
:: How to
1. Cook the lentils until they become soft;
2. Sauté the onion with a tablespoon of olive oil, and, when golden, add the diced tomato;
3. Add the lentils, tofu and seaweed;
4. Season to taste (i used a mixture of spices with cumin);
5. Prepare the polenta;
6. Put the tofu mixture in a oven dish, and spread the polenta above ( I sprinkled sesame seeds on top);
7. Take it to the oven until the polenta layer gets golden.
