Ingredients (for two people):
- one sweet potato
- 100 g of sliced pork back ribs
- one piece of garlic
- sprout of a garlic
- toasted sesame
- 2 table spoons of sesame oil
- 2 table spoons of soy sauce
- 2 table spoons of cooking liquor
- 2 table spoons of Japanese sweet cooking rice wine called mirin

Directions:
1. Cut a sweet potato into the bite sized pieces.
2. Cut a sliced pork into the pieces of 3 cm in length.
3. Cut sprout of a garlic into the pieces of 3 cm in length.
4. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
5. Fry the sliced garlic in a pan with sesame oil.
6. Put the pork into the pan and fry it until browned.
7. Put the sweet potato and sprout of garlic into the pan, then fry it until all are coated with the oil.
8. Put 300 cc of water into the pan and boil them up removing scum.
9. Put mirin into the pan and cook them gently with a cover at low heat for 7 or 8 minutes.
10. Put soy sauce and cooking liquor into the pan and cook them without a cover at medium heat until the water reduced.
11. Arrange them on the dishes and put the toasted sesame on the top.
