Baking a chocolate cake for tea tomorrow. Mom and Pop coming over to visit. It's sooooo good. All fudgey and chewy. Recipe off the back of a chocolate packet...
200g dark chocolate
100g dark orange chocolate
275g sugar
165g butter
5 eggs
1tbsp ground almonds + extra
8inch cake tin - butter and dust with ground almonds. Melt choc, butter, sugar in a bowl over simmering water. Remove from heat. Whisk eggs with almonds and add to chocolate mix. In tin, in oven. 180C 35mins. Chill in fridge overnight if you can resist eating it all now and it gets even better...
