Como não encontrei nenhuma receita improvisei a minha.

:: Ingredientes
- 1 Molho de coentros
- 6 Dentes de alho
- 1 Colher chá de sal
- Azeite q.b. para cobrir a mistura

:: Como fazer
Picar muito bem os dentes de alho, juntar os coentros, e o sal, e continuar a picar até que fiquem todos os ingredientes bem misturados. Se tiverem um pilão ajuda bastante.
Colocar num frasco e cobrir de azeite

:: Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Olive oil enough to cover the mixture

:: How to
Chop the garlic and add the cilantro and rhe salt. Keep chopping until the ingredients get quite fine and moist.
Put in a jar an cover with olive oil.

You can use it as a dip, in salads, in pasta, ...
