We love baked apples, they taste great with a pinch of cinnamon!
Recipe:
Cut a funnel shape in the upper part of the apple. Pour some sugar and ground cinnamon (mix if you wish).
Bake at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes, turn off the oven and let the apples in.
Happily eat them.
You can also add some alcohol in the mix, just before going to the oven, such as some sweet wine or a spirit!
