Egg Replacer for 2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 teaspoon wasabi
2/3 cup soy creamer
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 Asian pear
1/4 cup walnuts

Mix all ingredients but the pear.
Fix cuppie liuners and bake in 350 degree oven 10 minutes- after 10 minutes, place a pera slice in the center of each cake- bake an additiona; 10 minutes then cool.

Top with Ricemellow creme and sprinkles.

Makes 20 cuppies.
