spaghetti with artichokes

brown the artichokes in olive oil, flip them, lower the heat, and add lemon juice. cook them for about 10 minutes, until they are soft. season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, turning occasionally. turn up the heat, add the cooked spaghetti and a little pasta water. stir everything together, turn off the heat. finish with a splash of olive oil, chili flakes, chopped chives, fresh lemon juice, and some parmesan cheese.
