Ingredients (for two people):
- 150 g of minced pork
- three shiitake mushrooms
- three bunches of Chinese chive
- 1 piece of garlic
- 1 piece of ginger
- 2 table spoons of Shaoxing rice wine
- 1.5 table spoons of soy sauce
- 1.5 table spoons of sugar
- 1 piece of star anise
- sesame oil
- Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 bunch of coriander
- boiled rice
Directions:
1. Chop ginger and garlic finely.
2. Cut shiitake mushrooms into bite-size.
3. Cut Chinese chive into about 3 cm length.
4. Put sesame oil and minced ginger and garlic into a pan and fry them at low heat until they smell in the air.
5. Put minced pork and fry until their color change.
6. Put mushrooms and chives into the pan, pour 250 cc of water and Shaoxing rice wine, and boil them at middle heat.
7. Put soy sauce, sugar, and star anise and boil thoroughly.
8. When the most soup in the pan evaporate, stop heating.
9. Place all in the pan on the hot boiled rice. Put five-spice powder and torn coriander.
