Chilli Beef & Spinach

400g beef steak, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon peanut oil (I used sunflower)
2 small fresh red chillies, chopped finely
1 clove garlic crushed
500g english spinach, chopped thickly (I used a bag of baby spinach)
2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cornflour
1/4 cup (60ml) beef stock
1. Combine beef, oil, chilli & garlic in a medium bowl. Cover, refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2. Stir-fry beef mixture in heated wok or large frying pan, in batches, until beef is browned; return beef to wok.
3. Add spinach, sauce & sugar to wok, stir-fry.
4. Add blended cornflour & stock, stir until sauce boils & thickens.
