Tester cake based upon the Tirumisu Kreme Roll.
I made chocolate cake, and the filling is a chocolate coffee tofu kreme. Cocoa powder on top.
I will be working on this one....you can check out the recipe on the Tirumisu Roll...basically, I added cocoa powder to the sponge cake for this one, added chocolate and a tad of coffee to the kreme and left out the booze.
