Leek in tomato, garlic, thym sauce with streaky baconsubmitted by RobinGently saute 2 chopped cloves of garlic in some olive oil, add a tin of tomatoes, 1 T thym, salt & pepper. (but be carefull, the bacon is salty too) Simmer for 10 minutes. Transfer to baking tray .... |
